ow that there’s some light at the end of this long and winding tunnel, it’s good to see that more and more of our eateries are stepping out once again.

It’s the one business that has thrived over the past year, of course, with takeaways the new going out for many people. .

Which may explain why more and more newbies are opening up around town.

Of course, it won’t be quite the same not having the patron saint of chippers, Joe Sweeney, behind his well-worn counter down at the harbour, but, for now, we’d heartily approve of Greystones having so many takeaway options.
