Fleming, decided that the good people of Greystones deserved to enjoy some authentic Indian food.
Having already proven himself by setting up the Bombay Pantry in Glenageary 10 years before, Ronan pulled together a small crew of fellow award-winning chefs, and, in October, 2003, the doors of Indian Spice
Company opened for the very first time on our main road.
Among that small, pioneering crew of chefs was Uttam Bisht, who is still there today. In fact, with Ronan having retired to his River Shannon hideaway, Uttam now runs the show.

Someone just mentioned this place on GOF so I had to have a look – and lo and behold GG has already delivered.. Can’t believe I never knew about this place. I must have walked pat it a thousand times! Great looking menu and the prices are fantastic.
