here are, of course, many hurdles and hustles on the road to Full Beauty, but the good thing about nails is that you can get them into shape without exercise.

Because, as any sly fox knows, great nails don’t happen by chance, they happen by appointment.

Something that the newly-minted A-Mei-Zing on Delgany’s main street knows all too well.

Run by the lovely Mei Liu – which explains the rather puntastic name – this shiny new nail salon has moved into the prime Delgany premises recently vacated by Doe Eyes, owner Jessica Keating having abandoned us for love and motherhood. And The People’s Republic Of Cork.

So, for those who love the smell of nail polish in the morning, the afternoon, the evening and all through the night, there’s a new whizzkid in town. Who knows nails are not about being noticed, they’re about being remembered.

Beyond manicures and pedicures, Mei also covers tinting, threading, waxing and lashes.

There are also specials on packages for those getting their hands and their toes sorted.

Open Monday to Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm, you can book your spot right about here.
