The fact that it’s now being pitched as the last undeveloped site in our town centre might just change all that though.

Naturally, selling agent Garrett O’Bric – a name made for selling Irish houses – is excited and delighted by the business potential of such a landmark development, subject to planning permission, of course.

The tender date is October 4th, at noon, whilst a feasibility study of the site is available from HJ Byrne on request.
