With the tragedy in Buncrana, Co Donegal last weekend – when a father and his children lost their lives after their car plunged underwater – still fresh in the nation’s mind, it’s hard to witness this kind of driving.
Some sound advice is plainly been given by this concerned passer-by, but, if you do know the driver – or you are the driver – please get in touch.
