In recent weeks, The Happy Pear announced plans to open two new locations in the Dublin area in 2017. It also revealed that its bestselling first cookbook has sold 100,000 copies and that David and Stephen’s third cookbook will be published in spring 2018.

The new flagship centre will include a visitor’s centre along with the new Happy Pear cafe, public garden and gallery spaces.
