Greystones Gets A Little Pet Symmetry

Mairead & Alex. Or is it Alex & Mairead…?

iven that dogs are basically hairy humans without the ego problems, it goes without saying that they’re most probably the finest creatures to walk Elvis’s green earth.

Which means that cats were most likely put here purely for stark contrast, these judgemental little furballs having been invented by the French to go out into the world and do their self-centred, cold-hearted and snooty Gallic work.

Not that the lovely Mairead and Alex down at Petcare Vets will admit to such a fiendish plot by our cheese-chomping neighbours. The ladies are much too polite for such scurrilous scandalmongering.

And let’s not forget, being a top vet & a top vet assistant, they also happen to love all animals. Even cats.

Having only just opened in sunny Charlesland on July 3rd, Petcare Vets are open Monday to Saturday (times here), and are offering free checks on new pets throughout the month of August.
