ith old man GG having advised us to work hard until our bank account looked like a phone number, we’re proud to say that, in 2023, we’ve finally achieved that goal.

With exactly €9.11 in our bank account.

It’s our own fault, of course, given that GG has long been addicted to Italian food, spending all our hard-earned moolah on pasta. But, hey, worth every penne.

Okay, that’s the hilarious yet thought-provoking puns out of the way – let’s get down to business.

As just about anyone in Greystones – or those familiar with Irish football – will tell you, Danny O’Connor is a generous man. He wears his heart on his sleeve and, thanks to the generosity of Danny and the gang at EBS Greystones, quite a few young football players around here wear a certain logo on their shirts.
