eal Rescue Ireland have been doing all they can to make sure that 
pupping season goes swimmingly along our coasts.
And having recently rescued two grey seal pups, the gang are currently keeping a very close eye on our North Beach.
For the last few days, a seal pup has been nesting there.
With their mother keeping a very close eye nearby.
Seals prefer remote locations for pupping season but sometimes a strong current has other ideas. And the biggest concern in these situations are loose dogs, and the appeal has gone out for anyone walking their pooch on or near the North Beach to keep Mutley on a lead.
Seal Beach, Wicklow
Seal Rescue Ireland also have warning signs ready to post but are still waiting for approval from Greystones Municipal District.
