aving already figured out that three heads are better than one, Greystones’ secondary schools last night brought their perfectly harmonised students together for a special Christmas choral service.
Which is a natural fit, of course, when you consider that all of Greystones’ teenagers are sweet little angels.
Hosting by St David’s Holy Faith Secondary School in their swanky new sports arena, bringing the mixers were Greystones Community College and Temple Carrig School.
According to our woman on the inside (hi, Emma!), ‘the schools’ combined choir sang some beautiful renditions and help spread some Christmas cheer in all three school communities, as well as in the wider community of Greystones‘.

Well done to everyone involved, especially St David’s music art and religious departments, along with Temple’s and GCC’s music maestros, whilst Lorna Wilson was on arts coordinator duties and Darren Timlin on lights and sound. Kudos to principal Simon Carey and deputy principal Louise O’Sullivan for being such fine hosts – and, of course, principals Alan Cox and Ruairi O’Farrell for being such perfect guests.
