oung Barry Meyler has put the call out for this year’s Team Hope Shoebox Collection.

And being Greystones, he’s had quite a few of Santa’s little helpers already on the case.

Here’s the lowdown…

It’s that time of year again, the Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal is in full swing.

Schools from across Ireland are getting behind the appeal and I am delighted to have so many schools in Greystones participate this year. Since 2010, the Christmas Shoebox Appeal has impacted over 2.5 million vulnerable children’s lives across Africa and Eastern Europe.

We are always looking for donations of copy books, pencils, pens, beanies, toothpaste, toothbrushes, jellies & tennis balls.

If you would like to get involved you can contact Barry on email here oor drop off your filled shoeboxes or fillers into the center at Hillside Evangelical Church or at SuperValu Charlesland and Shoreline Greystones.

The checking center is open November 5th to 10th 9am-1pm.
