Greystones Gets Pretty In Pink

Top of the pops…

hen we first saw the notice Pink Ball For Cancer, to be honest, we thought it was a health warning for men.

On closer inspection – of the notice, not the testicles – we realised it was actually a mighty big night out in aid of Greystones Cancer Support.

And it looks like being a doozy.

Taking place at the Parkview Hotel in faraway, exotic Newtown, on the night there will be finger food, a Big Raffle and, says a poster that might just trigger epilepsy, some surprises.

Most importantly though, there will be Never Forget, a tribute band to Take That.

Which is when we realised that the bould Sharon Felton was behind this Pink Ball For Cancer. And the lady is being aided and abetted by Catherine Leahy.
