ollowing on from last year’s rather fine agus dandy Open Weekend, the Greystones Lawn Bowling Club are delighted to announce that they’re repeating the trick for 2024.

On Saturday, May 11th and Sunday 12th, you’re inviting to swing by their Burnaby Park HQ and get a taste of life when you just roll with it.

“If you have an interest in lawn bowling,” says club secretary Elizabeth Eager, “why not drop down, where our coaches and club members will gladly explain the rules and demonstrate this wonderful game to you.

“You will be able to try it out with as much assistance as you require.”

And Elizabeth is quick to point out that lawn bowling is a sport for all ages. Through the ages.

“All visitors are very welcome,” she finishes, “and we will have refreshments too. And don’t forget your flat shoes!”
