Wicklow Pride 2024 Steps Out

In the name of…

his year’s Wicklow Pride Festival is stepping out far beyond the annual parade with a host of events.

Enough events, in fact, to run from June 30th to July 6th.

Pride of place goes to that Wicklow Town parade, of course, on the final day, but there’s also a Newtown Community Centre Rainbow Disco at 7.30pm on June 30th, a coffee morning in Brew Twenty One, Blessington at 11am on July 1st, the Parenting With Pride information session in Wicklow Town Library on July 2nd at 7pm, LGBTQ+ Voices In Literature at Bridge Street Books at 7.30pm on July 3rd, the third Dip & Sip at Wicklow Town’s Sandfiner Beach at 10am on July 6th, followed by that parade at 2pm, leaving from Abbey Street car park.
